First Article Engineer II

What Youll Do:

• Support new products into the facility by running an initial test build.
• Document the build process including key steps settings and outcomes.
• Perform product assembly during the test build and early production support phase.
• Develop scripts needed to enable automate or validate the build and test process.
• Write clear work instructions for assembly scripting usage and test procedures.
• Test hardware to verify functionality and confirm the product is ready for introduction into the facility.

Who Were Looking For

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience building computers and strong general hardware (HW) knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science or a closely related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with Linux.
• Experience creating and maintaining process documentation.
• Exposure to process improvement methodologies and initiatives.
