Job Summary

Fireblocks Engineer with hands-on experience in implementing institutional custody platforms using Fireblocks. Experience in workspace configuration policy governance and regulatory alignment for large-scale environments is required.

Technical Skills:

Primary Skills:

Fireblocks Core Workspace setup vault architecture asset configuration

API/SDK SDK webhooks transaction signing APIs

Policy Engine 4-eyes authorization separation of duties co-signer workflows

MPC Key share management backup/recovery MPC vs. HSM tradeoffs

Migration Zero-downtime cutover wallet sweeping reconciliation

Integration ATS/OMS connectivity core banking integration

Secondary Skills:

Regulatory alignment (FINRA Rule 4370 SEC Rule 15c3-3)

Key Responsibilities

Fireblocks Implementation: Configure workspace vaults and assets

Policy & Governance: Define approval workflows and policy controls

API Integration: Build integrations using SDKs webhooks and signing flows

Audit & Compliance: Align configurations with regulatory requirements

Platform Operations: Support multi-chain custody operations

Collaboration: Work with custody and architecture teams

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot platform and transaction issues

Mentorship: Guide team members
