Fire Sprinkler Estimator

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates material takeoffs and cost analyses for commercial and industrial fire sprinkler projects
• Develop sprinkler layouts shop drawings hydraulic calculations and permit submittals
• Review construction documents and project specifications to ensure accurate system design and pricing
• Coordinate with contractors engineers field teams and AHJs throughout project development
• Support successful project execution through technical expertise and attention to detail

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in fire sprinkler estimating design project management or installation
• Working knowledge of NFPA 13 and water-based fire protection systems
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and hydraulic calculation software
• Experience performing material takeoffs and preparing project estimates
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings specifications and code requirements
• Strong understanding of sprinkler system layouts piping networks and water supply analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• NICET Certification
