Location: Centennial CO
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday (Occasional Weekends as Needed)
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per Hour (Based on Experience & Certifications)

Are you an experienced Special Inspector looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on major construction projects throughout the Denver Metro area Join a team that values quality integrity safety and professional growth while working on a diverse range of commercial industrial and infrastructure projects.

In this role youll collaborate with contractors engineers and project managers to help ensure projects are completed safely accurately and in compliance with industry standards.

Perform field inspections and testing in accordance with project specifications building codes and industry standards.

Verify compliance with approved plans specifications and quality requirements.

Document inspection findings and testing results through accurate and detailed field reports.

Communicate observations compliance issues and recommendations with contractors engineers and project stakeholders.

Maintain a strong commitment to safety professionalism and attention to detail on every project.

Experience and/or certifications in one or more of the following disciplines are highly preferred:

Wood Framing

Fireproofing & Firestopping

Reinforcing Steel (Rebar) & Concrete Placement

EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems)

Concrete & CLSM Sampling

Prestressed Concrete

Masonry Reinforcing & Grout Placement

Mechanical & Epoxy Anchors

ICC Certification(s) in one or more inspection disciplines (multiple certifications preferred)

Strong knowledge of construction materials testing procedures and inspection practices

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings specifications and technical documents

Excellent communication organization and report-writing skills

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and active construction environments
