Financial Support Services Analyst

Position Highlights:

• Position: Financial Support Services Analyst
• Scheduled: Full-Time Monday Friday 8-5PM

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain meaningful financial dashboards and performance metrics that provide physicians and practice leaders with actionable insights.
• Partner with the Accounting team to prepare and analyze monthly clinic financial statements including revenue calculations expense accruals and cost allocations.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to develop annual operating budgets and support strategic financial planning initiatives.
• Manage physician compensation and incentive programs ensuring accurate and timely calculations.
• Serve as a trusted financial partner by meeting regularly with physicians and practice managers to review financial performance productivity trends budget results and operational opportunities.
• Analyze claims and reimbursement data to identify payment variances denial trends and opportunities to improve revenue capture.
• Work closely with Revenue Cycle Patient Financial Services and clinic leaders to enhance billing workflows improve efficiency and support timely reimbursement.
• Assist in identifying and resolving contract-related billing and reimbursement issues that impact clinic performance and financial outcomes.
• Act as a key liaison between clinical operations financial services and information systems teams to support system enhancements reporting needs billing processes and workflow optimization within Meditech Expanse.
• Drive process improvements through data analysis problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive financial and operational information.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently producing accurate high-quality work and meeting critical deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in business accounting health care administration nursing or related field or four (4) years of related experience and training.

OR Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation:

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $35.00$40.25 per hour commensurate with qualifications education experience and other applicable factors. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Additional compensation may be available in the form of discretionary incentive or other compensation programs. Any such additional compensation is not guaranteed and is determined at the sole discretion of the organization based on applicable program terms individual and/or organizational performance and other eligibility requirements.

• Relocation: Must relocate to Grand Junction CO 81505 before starting work.
• Work Location: In-person/onsite
