Job Summary

SUMMARY:Lexitas is seeking a detail-oriented highly analytical Finance Manager to join our growing FP&A team. The position will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data providing insights and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a natural curiosity strong financial modeling skills a solid understanding of accounting principles and excellent communication abilities. This role will report to the VP of FP&A and function as an individualESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for the assigned operating division(s) including budgeting forecasting and variance Management: Monitor and analyze costs associated with division operations identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned operating division(s) tracking financial performance against targets in conjunction with Global Shared Analysis: Assess the profitability of client engagements customer acquisition cost services and initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance financial Interpretation: Interpret complex financial data related to operational activities and present findings to senior management in a clear and concise Modeling: Build financial models to support decision-making processes including investment analysis pricing strategies and scenario -Hoc Reporting: Generate ad-hoc reports as needed providing timely and accurate financial information to support various business : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations sales marketing and IT to understand business dynamics and contribute to overall financial Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function and actively contribute to enhancing overall SKILLS AND ABILITIESProven experience as a Finance Professional preference to individuals coming from high transaction volume analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent proficiency in financial modeling and of legal support services industry dynamics market trends and regulatory requirements experience working with offshore and near-shore resources / EXPERIENCEBachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CMA CPA) is a plus.5-7 years experience in a quantitative / analytical field is required. Experience with Oracle Planning and with programming languages (any) strongly with business intelligence tools (Power BI Tableau Etc.) strongly RESPONSIBILITIES: This role is not a supervisor SKILLSAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.
