Join our team supporting the Department of the Air Force (DAF) in Dayton Ohio on a Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) initiative focused on financial data automation advanced analytics and AIenabled mission support for missioncritical priorities.

In this role you will help design and operationalize an integrated financial automation capability that connects Financial Management (FM) data sources automates key workflows and enables repeatable analytics and AIdriven use cases. This effort aims to reduce redundant manual analysis improve data accessibility and quality generate cost savings and accelerate auditready timelines across the Air Force financial management environment.

Rates/Annual Compensation: $57-61/hr. ($107000 - $114000/yr)commensuratewith experience.

Work Location and Schedule:

• This position requiresan in-person presence 5-days per weekat Dayton OH / Wright-Patterson Airforce Base.

Required Qualifications Must Have:

• MUSThave a Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.

• MUST have 5years of relevant experience in data analytics database support reporting automation or related technical/business solution delivery.

• MUST have an active Secret Clearancewith the ability tomaintaineligibility.

• MUST have intermediate Python skills including experience using Python to manipulate cleanse analyze or validate datasets.

• MUST have intermediate SQL skills including experience querying joining transforming and analyzing data from structured data sources.

• MUST have intermediate Databricks experience or comparable experience working within modern enterprise data and analytics platforms.

• MUST have intermediate accounting knowledge including the ability to understand and analyze financial transactions balances and financial data.

• MUST have intermediate experience with Substantive Analytical Procedures including the ability to develop and execute data-driven procedures in support of financial statement audit or audit readiness activities.

PreferredQualifications:

• Experience supporting Department of Defense Department of the Air Force or Federalfinancial managementclients.

• Familiarity with the Operational Air Force Financial Data Structure.

• Familiarity with the Operational Air Force Data Dictionary.

• Experience supporting FIAR audit readiness internal controls or financial statement audit response efforts.

• Experience with MS Power Application Automation.

• Experience with Power BI Tableau or similar visualization platforms.

• Familiarity with cloud-enabled analytics workflow automation and enterprise data environments supporting financial operations.

• Experience working across both functional and technical teams to operationalize analytic and automation capabilities.

Skills & Duties:

• Supporting the integration transformation validation and analysis of Air Force financial and operational data from multiple sources.

• Developing andmaintainingdata analytics solutions reports dashboards and visualizations to support FIAR and FM modernizationobjectives.

• Creating data cleansing processes scripts and repeatable workflows to improve data quality and reduce manual effort.

• Supporting the development of automation use cases that connect FM data sources and streamline business processes.

• Assisting with AI- and analytics-enabled solutions that improve audit readiness traceability and decision support.

• Applying OCR capabilities and related technologies to extract and structure data from documents and other non-standard inputs.

• Supporting the use of large language models and emerging AI/ML tools in operational business environments consistent with client direction and security constraints.

• Preparing and presenting analytic findings recommendations and solution concepts to Government and contractor stakeholders andcoordinating across technical and functional teams to support implementation of scalable repeatable business solutions.
