Job Description
Lead all accounting and financial operations for the organization.
Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
Oversee budgeting forecasting and long-range financial planning.
Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations that support business growth.
Develop financial models to improve strategic planning and operational decision-making.
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate external audits tax reporting and financial compliance activities.
Manage cash flow liquidity banking relationships and working capital.
Review and improve accounting policies financial processes and internal procedures.
Supervise mentor and develop members of the accounting and finance team.
Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance across the business.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and financial accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or related field.
4 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
2 years of leadership senior-level or supervisory accounting experience.
Strong understanding of GAAP financial reporting budgeting and forecasting.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle NetSuite or similar.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
High attention to detail with strong ethical standards.
