Job Posting Title: Financial Analyst Reporting

Our Finance team in Iselin NJ (near Metropark train station) has a new exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst Reporting role. This position will report to the Finance Supervisor and will be responsible for:

LPMD (Location and Property Master Data):

  • The LPMD data is used for various finance transformation processes which require accurate business location data.
  • Regularly update and maintain the LPMD register for any changes ensure the high quality of the data.
  • Manage the semi-annual review of the LPMD register to ensure thoroughness and high data quality

Lease Reporting:

  • Maintain lease contracts in the Planon system for the purpose of IFRS16
  • Partner with Real Estate and Business Operations to align new leases lease terminations and lease extensions

Rent Payment Management:

  • Provide instructions to the AP team for the monthly rent related payments
  • Make sure all rent-related postings including annual CAM reconciliations utility and service billbacks are posted timely
  • Ensure compliance with the lease contracts
  • Reconcile lease ledgers when necessary
  • Retrieve security deposits back when leases end
  • Build relationships with property landlord and management companies as billing point of contact
  • Facilitate new vendor account setups as needed when new leases are presented

ESG (Environment Social & Governance)/Sustainability Reporting:

  • CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and ESG are critical to the companys long-term success
  • Collect and analyze ESG data from subject matter experts within DSV
  • Meet quarterly deadlines
  • Partner with operational sustainability management to ensure reporting details are audited and fully encompassing their efforts with the business

Other responsibilities:

  • Monthly Health & Safety reporting
  • Twice-yearly Property Insurance Reporting

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills. You will be in frequent contact with other business stakeholders and management to collect and review the data needed
  • Good organization skills. It is very important to be able to meet various deadlines sometimes conflicting.
  • Good analytical skills to resolve problems and be able to identify data quality problems
  • Bachelors degree in finance or accounting
  • Prior experience with ESG or lease accounting a plus
  • Prior experience with utility invoicing
  • SAP financial system knowledge a plus
  • Planon lease management system knowledge a plus

For this position the expected base pay range is$71760.00 $89700.00 . Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience skills education certifications and geographic location in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
