Financial Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning reporting budgeting forecasting and business decision-making. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data identify trends prepare reports and provide insights that help the company improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data budgets forecasts and business performance.
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor revenues expenses cash flow and financial trends.
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Develop financial models and perform variance analysis.
• Research market and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management.
• Collaborate with accounting operations sales and other departments.
• Ensure financial information is accurate timely and well organized.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business or a related field preferred.
• Previous financial analysis or related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP or financial management software.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas PivotTables and data analysis.
