Financial Analyst

About the role We are seeking a detailoriented Financial Analyst to support strategic decisionmaking through rigorous financial modeling and data analysis. The position is onsite and requires collaboration with finance operations and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop maintain and continuously improve complex financial models for forecasting budgeting and scenario analysis.

• Analyze large data sets using SQL to extract actionable insights and support business initiatives.

• Prepare monthly quarterly and adhoc financial reports for senior management.

• Partner with crossfunctional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and operational performance.

• Identify and document variances recommend corrective actions and track implementation.

• Ensure data integrity and adherence to accounting standards throughout all analyses.

• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Required qualifications

• 225 years of experience in financial analysis investment banking consulting or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel including complex formulas pivot tables and VBA/macros.

• Strong SQL skills for data extraction manipulation and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to build and validate detailed financial models.

• Excellent analytical problemsolving and quantitative skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).

• Knowledge of ERP or financial planning systems such as SAP Oracle or Anaplan.

• Professional certifications (CFA CPA or FMVA).

• Background in a specific industry relevant to the companys core operations.
