Finance & Transactions Associate Attorney

We have exciting opportunities for Finance associates to join the Finance & Transactions team in our Dallas office. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. About You:

• You have 4-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm;
• You have experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions;
• You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;
• You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials; and
• You are admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in the applicable jurisdiction (Texas).
