At Lavazza North America the Finance Manager will play a vital role in reviewing the economic health and overseeing the success of our organization. They will manage all financial activities analyze financial data and provide strategic guidance to our executive team for a specific sales channel. Their expertise in financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting will be essential in driving the company towards achieving its economic objectives. The Finance Manager will manage and develop a team of Financial Analysts.

• Gathers and analyzes data as needed to monitor and improve the current and future financial status of of a specific channel.
• Reviews financial reporting structures accounting procedures and investment activities; recommends improvements to procedural operational and financial controls.
• Drafts operational and risk reports for management analysis.
• Facilitates risk management and insurance programs to minimize risks and losses.
• Manages the flow of cash and financial instruments.
• Develops and oversees procedures to safeguard assets records and loan collateral and securities.
• Reviews collection reports to determine the status and outstanding amounts of collections; refers delinquent accounts to appropriate agencies or attorneys.
• Prepares and presents financial and other related reports as required by company policy local state and/or federal laws and regulations.
• Plans and prepares sales channel budgets.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with customers and clients assisting them when needed.
• Gathers prepares and provides financial information to stockholders and other investors; assists with efforts to raise additional capital.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or Business Administration required; Masters degree in a related field preferred.
• 5 years of related work experience required.
• Ability to review and analyze financial documents and reports and to identify trends risks weaknesses and other pertinent information.
• Excellent management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use sound judgment to make decisions in line with company goals.
• Ability to work independently.
