ProspectBlues manufacturing client is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Richmond-based team. This is a high-impact role for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders driving strategic decision-making and turning complex financial data into actionable insights.

What Youll Do:

• Lead budgeting forecasting financial reporting and performance analysis for business operations.
• Provide insights and recommendations that help drive profitability and support key business decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies and evaluate business opportunities.
• Build and enhance financial models dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Analyze market customer and competitive trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative results-driven environment.

What Were Looking For:

• A Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive finance experience preferably within manufacturing chemicals industrial or related sectors.
• Strong financial planning forecasting and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
• Strong communication leadership and project management abilities.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
