Finance Manager
Job Summary
Courtesy Nissan is seeking an experienced results-driven Finance Manager to join our high-volume sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing financing presenting protection products maintaining lender relationships and ensuring all deals are processed accurately and compliantly. Candidates must be highly proficient in CDK CDK Signing Room RouteOne Darwin Automotive and capable of handling 60 retail deals per month in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Structure submit and secure financing and lease approvals through lender partners.
- Present and sell vehicle service contracts GAP maintenance plans and other protection products.
- Maintain compliance with all federal state lender and dealership regulations.
- Ensure all deal documentation is accurate complete and funded in a timely manner.
- Review and finalize contracts using CDK and CDK Signing Room.
- Utilize RouteOne to submit and manage finance applications.
- Effectively use Darwin Automotive to present and menu F&I products.
- Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor CIT and assist in resolving funding issues as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks credit unions and finance sources.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the finance process.
- Consistently achieve production product penetration and compliance goals.
- Handle a workload of 60 deals per month while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Minimum 3 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience.
- Proven ability to manage 60 or more deals per month.
- Expert proficiency in CDK CDK Signing Room RouteOne and Darwin Automotive is required.
- Strong understanding of automotive finance leasing contracts and lender programs.
- High-level knowledge of state and federal compliance requirements.
- Strong closing presentation and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work evenings weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
- Nissan dealership experience preferred.
- Proven track record of strong product penetration and profitability.
- Experience working in a high-volume dealership environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
- Frequent interaction with customers in person by phone and electronically.
- Ability to review detailed financial and legal documents.
- Occasional standing walking bending and lifting up to 20 pounds.
- 22% Commission Plus Bonus
