We are seeking a Finance Manager for our First Quality Retail Services company located in Lewistown PA. This position is responsible for ensuring proper application of internal and external accounting requirements across all business processes& functionsused in the development of financial statements. Lead and developteamof finance professionals use of effective communication to improve business results and meet strategic companyobjectives.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Develop and approve journal entries balance sheet reconciliations and perform variance analysisandcommunication.
• Generateaccurateandtimelymonthlyfinancial statements.
• Provide oversight to Accounts Payable for problem solving and process improvements. Evaluate weekly payment proposals for accuracy.
• Monitor changes to business practices ensuringappropriate internalcontrols exist.
• Business partner providing guidance and training on accounting matters to other business functions such as Procurement Engineering and Operations.
• Drive process improvements communicate cost savings opportunities and spending issues.
• Owner of annual budget templates and upload process.
• Coach mentor and develop a team of financial professionals.
• Additional duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Requires a bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
• MBA CPA and/or CMA preferred but not required.

• 5-7 years of relevant job experience in an Accounting or Finance role including a minimum of three years in a supervisory role
