Finance Manager

What youll do...

• Lead all day-to-day financial operations for the property ensuring accurate reporting strong financial controls and operational efficiency.
• Partner with the Managing Director and department leaders to develop budgets forecasts and long-term financial plans.
• Provide meaningful analysis and insights to support business decisions and optimize performance across all revenue streams.
• Drive cost control initiatives while supporting a best-in-class guest and member experience.
• Oversee month-end and year-end reporting processes and ensure compliance with company standards and accounting principles.
• Support pre-opening financial activities including budgeting capital expenditure tracking and operational readiness planning.
• Lead and develop the finance team fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Partner with corporate finance ownership stakeholders auditors and external advisors as required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial accounting tax and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

What were looking for...

• 5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience including leadership responsibilities.
• Hospitality finance experience within luxury hotels private members clubs restaurants resorts or lifestyle hospitality brands.
• Previous pre-opening experience strongly preferred.
• Strong background in financial reporting budgeting forecasting and business analysis.
• Proven ability to influence operational decision-making through financial insight and partnership.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles internal controls and financial compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field required. CPA CMA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Experience within a private members club environment is highly desirable.
