Location: Charlotte NC
Work Schedule: Hybrid (60/40 onsite through June; 80/20 onsite beginning July)
Compensation: $70 $80/hr W2 (flexible for strong candidates)
Duration: 9 Month Contract-to-Hire

A global manufacturing leader Electrolux is seeking a Finance Manager to support a high-visibility joint venture initiative. This role will serve as the right-hand partner to the Head of Finance and play a key role in financial planning process improvement inventory analytics and operational finance transformation efforts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who thrives in fast-paced highly analytical environments and enjoys building scalable financial processes and business models.

Key Responsibilities:
Build financial models to track finished goods inventory sold
Develop SKU-level profitability analysis for multiple business entities
Lead process mapping and workflow improvement initiatives
Support implementation of new financial processes and controls
Consolidate and analyze financial and operational data
Provide daily project support and business modeling analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance operations and leadership teams

Required Qualifications:
5 years of FP&A and/or accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills required
Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
Experience with process mapping and operational finance workflows
Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP and/or NetSuite experience
SQL and/or Power BI experience
Manufacturing supply chain or inventory-heavy industry experience preferred
