The Finance Development Rotation Program (FDRP) is a program for new graduates designed to jumpstart high-impact careers in finance. Through structured rotations across key finance functions participants gain hands-on experience with continuous mentorship and targeted training to develop strategic technical and leadership skills

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Finance Product & Analytics
• Go-To-Market Finance
• Treasury
• Corporate Accounting & Financial Services
• Global Business Services

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry
• A Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Data Analytics or a related field (graduating by Summer 2026)
• Able to work hybrid in our Santa Clara headquarters
• 1 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals with exposure to financial modeling and analysis
• Self-starter with a growth mindset attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with PowerBI strongly preferred
