Finance Analyst

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Finance Analyst.

Position type: Full-time Contract (W2)
Duration: 12 Months Contract w/ extension.
Location: Tempe AZ/ Las Colinas TX/ Des Moines IA 3 days onsite/ 2 day remote

Overview: Client is seeking a Financial Analyst you will evaluate pricing opportunities analyze merchant transaction data and provide data-driven recommendations. Collaborating closely with sales relationship managers and cross-functional teams you will help balance competitive pricing with profitability risk and compliance objectives.

As a Finance Analyst you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Analyze pricing requests and assess their financial and operational impacts.
• Evaluate merchant business characteristics such as transaction volumes processing trends and cost structures.
• Develop reports and models using advanced Excel techniques.
• Collaborate with sales and operational teams to optimize pricing strategies.
• Stay informed about industry practices and relevant regulations.
• Support decision-making processes with detailed data analysis and insights.

• Experience in Merchant Services Payments Financial Services Operations Pricing or related fields.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data analysis reporting and modeling.
• Basic understanding of merchant pricing concepts such as interchange fees assessments and processing costs.
• Experience with pricing reporting or business intelligence tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50- $55 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
