Field Support Technician-IT

What youll do in this role:

• Provide hands-on support for desktop computers laptops mobile devices printers scanners RF devices and other IT equipment
• Install configure maintain and troubleshoot hardware software and peripheral devices
• Respond to help desk tickets and user requests in a timely and professional manner
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues both onsite and remotely
• Support Microsoft Office and other business applications
• Configure and support mobile devices and workstation deployments
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents repairs installations and resolutions
• Partner with plant leadership employees and corporate IT teams to support business operations
• Assist with network-connected equipment and minor structured cabling repairs
• Train and support end users on technology tools and processes
• Follow company safety quality GMP and security requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience providing IT or desktop support
• Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience supporting manufacturing distribution warehouse or industrial environments
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems and mobile devices
• Experience supporting printers RF devices and other plant-floor technology
