Field Support Services, Associate

Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Field Support Services Associate supporting a DoD Customers Classified Network Services. The mission will include Operations Compliance Cyber Security Customer Service and Engineering. The right Data Center Engineer (Storage) candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.

• Provides expert and second-tier technical support and analysis to field engineers and technicians.
• Provides technical advice and guidance on installation adaptation configuration or enhancement of technical products programs and systems.
• Tests trains and fields support to customers regarding technical aspects of designated systems and services.
• Provides expertise for the resolution of technical problems troubleshoots products and modifies products to customer requirements.
• Maintains network stability through advanced troubleshooting timely resolution of incidents and proactive maintenance to provide the maximum availability and optimal Mean Time to Repair.
• Provides training to customers. Travel is frequent and work is generally performed at the customer site.
• Partners with developers and engineers to reduce reoccurring incidents.
• Answers questions about installation operation configuration customization and usage of designated systems and services.

Clearance Required: TS/SCI.

Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelors degree and no years of experience years of relevant experience; Masters degree and no years of experience; High School Diploma/GED and four (4) years of relevant experience.

Required Skills:

• Possess knowledge of designated systems.
• Willingness to work outside of normal work hours.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% (CONUS and OCONUS)

Salary Range: $90k - $137700k

The estimate displayed represents the typicalsalaryrangefor this position. Salary is determined by factors including but not limited togeographic location position requirements Federal Government contract labor categories relevant prior work experience specific skills and competencies education and certifications.
