Field Supervisor

What you will do:

• Front line safety Protection of employees and customers against losses injuries and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices
• Ensure that safety quality training employee engagement and retention are a prime focus of the business
• Perform field and vehicle inspections attend pre-bid meetings meet with clients and work in the field coaching and developing your team.
• Assist in creating daily schedules monitor employee issues including payroll timekeeping benefits time off requests customer issues and training requirements
• Become an expert in the work zone setup/design and professional flagging.
• Lead a team of 40 

Qualifications :

What you bring to us:

• High School Diploma or awarded GED - a 4-year degree in business-related field a plus
• 2 - 4 years of supervisor experience and experience building large teams
• Strong relational skills

Other things to know: 

• Majority of time will be spent driving and in the field (90%)
• You will work in outside conditions that include inclement weather not limited to heat cold humidity and exposure to dust and asphalt
• Valid Drivers License void of suspension or revocation
• Typical workweek 40 hours

Compensation Range: $60k - $65k per year bonus potential
