Our client a Retail Pharmacy company is looking for a Field Service Technician for their Seattle/Tacoma WA/Portland OR location.

Responsibilities:
- Worker will assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware in client stores.
- Must have previous hardware repair experience have ability to work on their own lift 75lbs work flexible hours complete required paperwork and have excellent customer service skills.
- Individuals are responsible to repair stage configure and QA IT hardware to stores and field service technicians.
- This position will also refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.
- Constant walking and standing. Constant lifting less then 30lbs but occasionally lifting up to 80lbs with assistance.
- Administer asset tracking using Client software systems.
- Provide staging configuration and bench repairs of specific Client store hardware.
- Process all applicable warranty claims.
- Accurately record all production details and inventory movements.
- Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.
Requirements:
- Technical individual with 2 year technical school and/or experience preferred. Administrative computer skills Word and Excel also preferred
- Strong attentional to detail
- Must be able to multi-task
- Good mechanical aptitude
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical certifications or education preferred
