Work Schedule & Travel Details

• Predictable Deployments: Work a scheduled 10-day on-call rotation (starting Tuesday and concluding Thursday of the next week) followed by 4 consecutive uninterrupted days off.
• Fully Orchestrated Travel: Experience a dynamic mix of local national and international travel. All itineraries are fully pre-planned booked and covered by the company.

Compensation Structure

• Base Compensation: Non-exempt annual salary of $65000 plus structured pathways for professional raises and promotions.
• Total Package: Easily reach $80000 in your first year through built-in overtime opportunities daily travel stipends and full per-diem packages.

Your Mission in the Field

• Deploy to client locations to set up calibrate and service specialized equipment.
• Upgrade field-installed protection systems to ensure optimal safety performance.
• Perform advanced electromechanical troubleshooting to resolve system discrepancies.
• Draft compile and submit precise technical reports following each service call.
• Collaborate with clients offering clear explanations and superior technical support.

Requirements

• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment.
• Electrical experience is strongly preferred (ratings like Navy EM Army 91B or similar are highly valued).
• Comfortable with getting hands-on and dirty on industrial work sites.
