Field Service Representative

To thrive as a Field Service Representative you must be comfortable with being on the move working independently and delivering reliable service to our customers. You will be successful in this role if you are dependable safety-focused and take pride inrepresentingour brand in the field.Werelooking for someone who values hands-on work problem-solving and making sure deliveries are completed accurately on time and done right!

Your day will start by reviewing assigned deliveries andconfirmingall paperwork isaccurateand complete. You will load finished paint products safely transport them to contractor sites and store locations and unload materials upon arrival. Throughout the dayyoulloperateRF devices to track inventory printshipmentpaperwork and labels and ensure delivery documents are accurately completed.Youllalso respond to customer questions provide clear product usage information and coordinate field requests as needed. We rely on you to helpmaintaina clean safe work environment and ensure products arrive undamaged.

• Experience operating pallet jacks forklifts anddeliveryvehiclesis preferred.

• Physical ability to load and unload products throughout the shiftwith or without reasonableaccommodation.

• Attention to detail when completing paperwork and shipment documentation.

Qualifications and experience:

• High school diploma or GED.

• CDL Class A B or C may be required depending on the vehicle beingoperated(CDL Class Bin some locations).

• Ability to obtaina hazardousmaterials endorsement from the DMV (where applicable).

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred.

• Experience using RF equipment and SAP or similar inventory systemsispreferred.
