Field Service Installer

• Install service and repair water softeners filtration systems and other top-quality water treatment equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep residential and commercial water systems running at their best.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues solving problems quickly and efficiently in the field.
• Deliver and exchange salt equipment and supplies while providing dependable on-time service.
• Create exceptional customer experiences by answering questions educating customers about their systems and building lasting relationships.
• Keep your company truck organized by managing inventory and ensuring your tools and equipment are clean stocked and ready for the next job.

• Experience in field service plumbing HVAC construction or a related trade is a plusbut were happy to train the right person!
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting and fixing equipment.
• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record and the ability to meet company insurance requirements.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs. and comfortably perform physical work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills - you enjoy helping people and representing the Culligan brand.
• A self-starter who can manage a daily route stay organized and work independently.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.
