• Meet with 10-12 contacts per day.
• Drive to multifamily hospitality and commercial locations to introduce Surface Experts repair solutions with the goal to build trust by educating customers on how repairs save money and time compared to replacement.
• Utilize proven playbook we supply a clear script targeted territory lists demos and hands on training so you can win even without prior sales experience.
• Coordinate with repair technicians and the franchise owner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Documenting sales activities in CRM by tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in between.

• $45000-$75000/year consisting of base salary commission depending on experience level.
• Guaranteed salary during ramp-up period (typically 1-2 months) while you build your pipeline.
