As a Field Marketer youll be the first connection between our company and potential customersengaging homeowners in the community generating qualified leads and helping drive our continued growth.

What Youll Do

• Connect with homeowners through neighborhood canvassing and local events.

• Start conversations about our products and services to generate qualified leads for our sales team.

• Build positive relationships while representing the Closet America brand professionally.

• Meet or exceed individual lead generation goals.

• Accurately document customer interactions and lead information.

• Collaborate with your team to support marketing events and community outreach.

What Were Looking For

• Previous sales customer service canvassing retail or promotional marketing experience preferred.

• Outgoing personality with confidence starting conversations with new people.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

• Organized with attention to detail.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to work outdoors while walking neighborhoods and standing for extended periods.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
