1About the Role

• Serve as the on-site technical point of contact for transit agency customers.
• Install configure and troubleshoot GMV hardware and software systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Project Management Procurement Production Field Services Software Engineering Product) to resolve field issues.
• Provide technical training and support to agency staff.
• Document field issues and feed insights back to product and engineering teams.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (50% of time).
  
  

3 What Were Looking For

• Experience in field engineering technical support or systems integration (transit transportation or public-sector technology experience is a plus not a requirement).
• Comfort working independently and traveling frequently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work hands-on with hardware and software in real-world sometimes imperfect field conditions.
• A genuine interest in public service and improving transit for riders.
  
  

• Base salary: $100000$110000 plus 12% bonus.
