Job Summary:
Participates in the coordination and execution of a Self-Perform Work (SPW) scope field operations activities ensuring technical solutions meet project objectives and quality standards. Works with multidisciplinary teams including SPW crews and project teams to help resolve field challenges specific to SPW activities and improve field operations. Contributes to SPW project outcomes by helping resolve field related questions and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Assists with technical planning and execution of SPW activities ensuring tasks comply with project specifications safety protocols and quality standards.
Coordinates with SPW crews and project teams to help resolve general technical issues and support steady workflow and timely project delivery.
Assists with collecting and organizing technical documents related to SPW activities including crew timesheets daily production reports and material usage logs to help ensure project information is accurate and current.
Identifies SPW productivity and quality issues and assists crew supervision in finding solutions and correcting issues.
Communicates SPW-related field updates to project leaders and crew members to ensure everyone is informed about changes progress or issues affecting SPW activities.

Education Qualifications:
Associates degree in construction management engineering a related field or equivalent experience required.
Bachelors degree in construction management engineering a related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Work Experience:
2 - 4 years of experience in SPW field engineering construction management or a related field required.

Certifications and Licenses:
OSHA 30Hour Construction preferred. OSHA 30-Hour Program Completion within 6 months of hire is required.
ASHE CHC or relevant market certification preferred.
