Join RoyalX a division of DominionX as a Full-Time Field Construction Manager and lead construction projects in Northern Virgina and District Heights MD.

This role is responsible for ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently safely and in accordance with design specifications budgetary constraints and regulatory requirements. The Manager of Field Construction manages a team of construction supervisors subcontractors and field personnel while liaising with developers engineers architects and community stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects within the master planned community.

• Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of field construction activities within the master planned community including residential commercial and infrastructure projects.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets control costs and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial objectives and profitability targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of construction supervisors subcontractors and field personnel ensuring effective communication collaboration and performance.
• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain construction schedules coordinate project timelines and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of milestones and overall project goals.
• Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet design specifications regulatory standards and community guidelines.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for developers engineers architects and community stakeholders providing updates on project status addressing concerns and maintaining positive relationships.
• Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites fostering a culture of safety among all team members.
• Problem Solving: Identify challenges and issues during construction develop effective solutions and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure project continuity.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation prepare regular progress reports and conduct comprehensive project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Community Relations: Manage community relations related to construction activities addressing community concerns and ensuring minimal disruption to residents and stakeholders.

• High school diploma GED or equivalent work experience
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of roofing systems and exterior construction
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods practices regulations and industry standards. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Experience supervising multi-family and/or commercial construction projects
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain high standards of quality and safety
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with project management software and construction documentation
• Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions
