Field Admin Assistant

Acuren is seeking a Field Admin to support operations in Belen NM.

The Field Administrative Assistant will perform administrative and office support activities. Duties will include fielding telephone calls receiving and directing visitors word processing filing faxing and may include coordination of purchasing and facilities management. Extensive software skills are required as well as Internet research abilities strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced change environment.

• Answer telephones direct calls and take messages
• Compile copy sort and file records of office activities business transactions and other activities
• Operate office machines such as photocopiers and scanners facsimile machines voice mail systems and personal computers
• Compute record and proofread data and other information such as records or reports
• Maintain and update filing inventory mailing and database systems either manually or using a computer
• Open sort and route incoming mail answer correspondence and prepare outgoing mail
• Review files records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests
• Greet and direct all visitors and clients
• File and retrieve corporate documents records and reports
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies maintaining records management systems and performing basic bookkeeping work
• Assist with any other departmental duties as required to include uploading payroll spreadsheets

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years general office experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Programs with strong Excel Word and Outlook skills
