Mamani Express 18 Corp. runs FedEx Ground delivery routes from its Miami terminal and is hiring drivers paid per stop and package with a guaranteed minimum of $150 per day. The Job
Youll deliver packages using a company-provided P1000 step van on routes averaging 160 stops and 25 miles per day. Expect about 10 hours per day until all packages are delivered with frequent lifting bending and getting in and out of the vehicle.
The position pays per stop and package with a guaranteed daily minimum. Performance and safety bonuses and peak-season incentives are available. A mandatory video interview is part of the hiring process.
Compensation
Pay structure $1.10 per stop $0.05 per package
Guaranteed minimum $150 per day
Training pay $150 per day for two weeks
Pay frequency Weekly on Friday

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with frequent bending and getting in and out of the delivery vehicle
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Prior courier experience is a plus

- No prior delivery experience required well train you
Schedule
5 to 6 days a week including a mandatory Saturday or Sunday shift.
Routes start at 9 AM and run until all packages are delivered. Average workday is about 10 hours.
