Job Summary
MRX Trucking Inc is a FedEx Ground contractor based in Colonial Heights VA and were hiring delivery drivers now. No CDL required just a clean license a strong work ethic and the ability to show up and deliver.
Starting pay is $160/day flat with weekly Friday direct deposit and full benefits after 90 days. Military and veteran applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
The Job
Youll deliver packages to homes and businesses across assigned routes using a company-provided box truck covering approximately 100 miles per day. Routes are dispatched from our Colonial Heights terminal at 9 AM. The work is physical youll be loading unloading and moving packages up to 150 lbs in and out of the truck all day. If youre reliable and comfortable working independently the pay is consistent and the schedule is predictable.

Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- No CDL required
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs; frequent bending lifting and maneuvering in and out of the truck
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple stops efficiently
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- Prior courier or delivery experience a plus not required
