Job Description:

The Division of Enrollment Managements OneStop Enrollment Services is currently seeking several Federal Work Study student assistants to join their team. OneStop Enrollment Services is a collaborative effort between the offices of the University Registrar Admissions Student Financial Aid and Scholarships and the University Bursar to provide centralized and integrated student centric enrollment services through virtual self-service and in-person modalities to simplify and enhance access to UFs comprehensive suite of enrollment services to support student success throughout the entire enrollment lifecycle.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide enrollment services information to prospective and current students and parents.
  • Assist with all aspects of the enrollment and retention process at UF.
  • Interact with students in various settings including call center via telephone email correspondence and public information lobby location.

Applicants should possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn about all aspects of the enrollment services process as strong customer service is a fundamental component of this position.

The OneStop Enrollment Services Call Center is open Monday through Friday 8:00am 5:00pm. Student work schedules typically range from 10 20 hours per week.

Expected Salary:

$15/hour

Required Qualifications:

Must be a current UF student
Must be eligible for Federal Work Study
Must be available to work at least 10 hours per week

Preferred:
  • Knowledge of a personal computer
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
