Monitor dining rooms for seating availability service safety cleanliness and well being of restaurant guests. Must maintain full familiarity with menus and knowledge of beverage all staff has completed side work checklists for dining check liquor pars and order daily food and liquor requisitions and food bar controls shot glass use red lining and bottles totally empty pre-shift meetings and ensure department training requirements are met up on established training guest comments and complaints and ensure member and guest with guests and receive on the floor during peak teach and correct staffs service in a professional food preparation and beverage manager in scheduling and forecasting both weekly and in interviewing/recruiting as in monthly MOS maintenance requests and knowledge of the resort property and in department meetings and other required company any other duties as assigned by the restaurant :Minimum age requirement of 18 years1 year of experience in Food and Beverage supervision or management role have and maintain Texas Food Handlers and TABC to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with members management and co-workers both in person and by be able to work in a fast paced environment and multi serving and cash handling experience be able to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and have the ability to manage of Food and Beverage financials including cost and par controls is have a strong attention to detail as well as strong customer service know emergency procedures and work to prevent Requirements:Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time or for an entire be able to move lift carry push pull and place objects of moderate weight without assistance.
