F&B Admin Cost Control Clerk

Job Title: Cost Control ClerkJob Department: Food & Beverage AdministrationJob Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00 / hour Job Summary:As an F&B Admin. Cost Control Clerk you will manage daily administrative duties and strict inventory controls for the Food & Beverage department. This role supports the F&B Director and Cost Controller in maximizing profitability reducing waste and maintaining our luxury service standards through meticulous data entry invoice reconciliation and menu costing. Other duties may be assigned:Participate in monthly and spot-check physical inventories across all kitchens bars and and report discrepancies between theorical and actual stock delivery notes with purchase orders and invoices to ensure accurate pricing and Cost Controller with input and update recipe data into the inventory management system to calculate accurate plate daily spoilage breakage cost transfers and complimentary item reports to track revenue loss in the purchasing system (Stratton Warren MMS).Archive or save subsidiary reports from the purchasing system (Stratton Warren MMS).Maintain the point-of-sale (POS) and inventory software databases with updated menu items and leaderships with financial data reports to analyze menu performance and popularity prepare Daily cost and Average check report and for subsidiary companies including Seven with the purchasing department and vendors regarding credits returns and delivery daily weekly and monthly F&B cost reports for management review. And assist accounting management with reports and requests as understanding of Accountings General Ledger (GL) and point-of sale (POS) journal entries as needed and assist in the month end closing to availability during month end closing generally weekdays the 1st 10th of the month to close prior complete compliance with The Broadmoor guidelines operational procedures safety policies and institutional standards for excellence (Forbes Travel Guide and AAA Five-Diamond).Maintain a willingness to learn about The Broadmoors history estate grounds wilderness properties culinary offerings and retail additional duties and responsibilities as required.
