Job Summary
The Nursing Department at Misericordia University is accepting applications for full-time 10-month non-tenure track faculty position at our Dallas PA campus beginning August 2026. This position may include didactic lab and/or clinical teaching in graduate and/or undergraduate programs. This is not a remote position; an on-campus presence is required.
Qualifications: A Masters degree in nursing and earned doctorate (PhD EdD DNP)
Other qualifications include:
Current unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license
CRNP Certification
Post-secondary teaching experience in nursing
Experience overseeing students in clinical practice settings
Experience teaching nursing students in lab and/or simulation
The Misericordia University Nursing Departments (graduate and undergraduate) are fully accredited by CCNE. Graduate programs include Family Individual Across the Life Span Nurse Practitioner Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitionervia the MSN BSN-DNP or Post-Masters Certificate. There is also a DNP program for practicing APRNs.Undergraduate programs include a traditional BS Part-time evening BSN and ABSN.
