Facility Supervisor(Hillsboro Leipers Fork) Part Time

Williamson County Parks and Recreation is accepting applications for a Part-Time Facility Supervisor position at the Hillsboro-Leipers Fork Community Center. The Facility Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of the community center ensuring a safe clean and welcoming environment for patrons staff and user groups. This position requires strong organizational supervisory and customer service skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintaining the overall safety cleanliness and appearance of the facility

Supervising part-time staff and coordinating work assignments

Preparing and managing facility supervisor schedules

Overseeing room rentals and coordinating staff support for rental events

Serving as the primary contact for outside groups utilizing the facility

Providing excellent customer service to patrons and visitors

Delivering administrative materials to the Franklin Recreation Complex located at 1120 Hillsboro Road Franklin TN 37064 several times per week

Assisting with general facility operations and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Be at least 18 years of age

Possess a valid Tennessee drivers license

Have a high school diploma or GED

Successfully pass a background check

Demonstrate strong communication organizational and customer service skills

Schedule:

Up to 26 hours per week

Evening and weekend shifts required
