As a Skiptown Facility Supervisor youll oversee the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our entire space running smoothly. From managing cleaning schedules to coordinating maintenance and safety checks youll make sure the facility is always ready for our pups clients and team. Youll also support and lead our Overnight Skippers and cleaning team ensuring high standards are met every shift.

What Youll Do

• Lead and support our overnight and facility cleaning teams
• Make sure every space from play areas to restrooms is spotless and well-maintained
• Identify and fix facility issues quickly coordinating repairs as needed
• Conduct regular safety checks and document any hazards or maintenance needs
• Track and order cleaning supplies and equipment keeping inventory under control
• Communicate with leadership about facility updates and priorities

• Youre comfortable performing basic repairs and coordinating larger maintenance projects with vendors when needed.
• Youre a natural problem-solver who stays calm and focused under pressure.
• Youre organized and can manage multiple priorities from preventative maintenance to inventory and team support.
• Youre comfortable working around pets cleaning chemicals and in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.

Bonus if You Have:

• Experience in facilities janitorial services or operations leadership
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a pet care or hospitality environment
• Vendor management or basic maintenance coordination experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand walk and bend for long periods
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working with cleaning equipment
• Tolerance for pet hair dirt and occasional messes
