Facility Project Manager

The Facility Project Manager will provide oversight of Stationary Engineers at CMIs 24/7 customer site in Gaithersburg MD.

Key Job Functions

• Responsible for meeting the cost performance and schedule requirements throughout the contract execution and managing service requests and emergencies
• Ensure that Stationary Engineer roles are staffed at all times for all shifts
• Communicate effectively with the customer on project and staffing status
• Responsible for inspecting preventive maintenance procedures identifying inadequate performance and training or re-training personnel on proper procedures and ensuring that the education and training manual is updated monthly
• Oversee the operations staffing and performance ensuring facility services are delivered that meet or exceed customer guidelines in a high quality cost effective and timely manner
• Measure and evaluate productivity and quality set standards measure performance and develop programs for improvement
• Ensure any required corrective action complies with contract performance

Qualifications :

• High school diploma; BA degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience managing service or construction projects of similar size scope and complexity as a project manager or superintendent.
• Must have experience managing mission critical (24/7) government operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to speak read and comprehend English to effectively perform these job functions and comply with installation emergency procedures
