Facility Operations Supervisor

The role is primarily outdoors and requires strong people-management and problem-solving skills. Key duties include addressing inventory discrepancies shipment issues and both physical and system-related inventory variances while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

• Proven experience managing large teams -this is the top priority as the role requires strong capability in handling people personalities and operational demands
• Demonstrated strength in process improvement and problem-solving
• Leadership experience within industrial environments
• Hands-on experience working in industrial settings
• Highly organized and able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong decision-making skills
• Effective and professional communication skills

• High School or equivalent
• 3 years supervisory type experience in Shipping and Receiving
• Experience managing larger teams preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to streamline and improve processes
• Must work well under pressure and pivot as needed
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Computer literate
• Proficient MS Office Suite Word Excel and Outlook
• Proven problem solver
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to review all applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs) annually and score satisfactorily on quizzes.
• Proficiency in Windows based applications.
• Knowledge of scanning applications EOM scanning SOPs VPI / Pick sheets
• Proficiency in multiple site-specific plant operations. It is not a desk job on the floor with the guys.
