Facility Maintenance

Reliable Chevrolet Springfield Springfield MO

Pay: $15-$18 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts (Friday Saturday Sunday & Monday)

Reliable Chevrolet Springfield is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Facility Maintenance / Custodial Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for facility maintenance custodial services grounds maintenance and general building upkeep to ensure a clean safe and professional environment for our customers and employees.

• Perform custodial and janitorial duties throughout the dealership
• Clean offices restrooms showroom service areas and common areas
• Collect trash and maintain interior and exterior cleanliness
• Perform general building and facility maintenance
• Complete minor repairs and replace worn or defective items
• Assist with basic plumbing electrical HVAC and mechanical maintenance
• Maintain dealership grounds including mowing landscaping and seasonal cleanup
• Remove snow and ice from parking lots sidewalks and entrances
• Complete painting and facility touch-up projects as needed
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience in facility maintenance building maintenance custodial janitorial property maintenance or grounds keeping preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC or mechanical systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and work ethic
• Valid drivers license required
• Cell phone required

• Ability to frequently stand walk bend stoop kneel crouch climb and reach throughout the workday
• Ability to safely lift carry push and pull 50 to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to operate hand tools power equipment lawn care equipment and cleaning equipment
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat cold rain and snow
• Ability to safely work on ladders and perform tasks at varying heights when necessary
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a 10-hour shift
• Ability to inspect clean maintain and repair facilities and equipment while maintaining attention to detail

• Must pass a background check
