Facilities Services Mechanic 3rd shift

The Facilities Mechanic supports a multi-building pharmaceutical packaging facility / cGMP environment in Allentown PA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain warehouse and production buildings including HVAC electrical plumbing BAS fire life safety systems doors elevators and building envelope.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and document work in CMMS.

• Guide vendors and obtain quotations for maintenance and replacement projects.

• Conduct inspections rounds and readings; respond to BAS alarms.

• Support facilities projects GMP/GDP compliance capital planning and operational improvements.

• Work extended hours as needed.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

• Identify code safety energy efficiency and sustainability compliance gaps.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of facilities mechanic or MEP trade experience .

• Biopharma cGMP experience strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with BAS controls preferred.

• Strong HVAC analytical technical communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.

• Experience with CMMS QMS and Microsoft Office.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Certification and/or licensure in one or more trades preferred.
