Were seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to lead facility management and plant operations across multiple healthcare facilities. This is a highly visible client-facing leadership role responsible for leading teams managing day-to-day operations overseeing projects and ensuring compliance safety quality and financial performance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for facility management operations
Lead and develop plant operations maintenance and engineering teams
Oversee maintenance programs work orders CMMS safety regulatory compliance and quality initiatives
Manage budgets operational spending financial reporting and performance metrics
Monitor KPIs and SLAs and develop action plans when performance falls below expectations
Oversee maintenance construction capital projects and vendor activities
Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining strong day-to-day facility operations
Ensure teams follow established maintenance procedures safety requirements and infection control practices
Ensure building systems and equipment meet applicable federal state and local regulations
Oversee compliance related to life safety hazardous materials security waste management and other healthcare requirements
Develop coach and hold team members accountable for performance
Partner with regional and account leadership to deliver exceptional facility services
Build strong relationships with clients vendors employees and senior leadership
5 years of facility management plant operations engineering or maintenance supervision experience
Proven management experience with responsibility for budgets and personnel
Healthcare facilities experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience leading teams during daytime operations preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills
Comfortable presenting and communicating with C-suite and senior-level stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Experience with CMMS/work order management systems
Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
Technical trade school apprenticeship or equivalent experience
CHFM CFM CPMM or other relevant facility management certification
Experience overseeing multiple facilities with varied operations
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory safety and infection control requirements
