An outstanding full-time opening is available for a Facilities Manager to join a highly established cutting edge company on a full time basis that has experience in restaurant facilities management for the fast fine dining restaurant industry. Job Description
- Research launch and maintain Facilities work order management system
- Maintain strong vendor relationships with both vendors and internal departments
- Develop and coordinate and process purchase orders invoices/expenses
- Screen all facility vendors to ensure licensing bonding and insurance
- Manage relationships with Property Managers General Contractors Consultants
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Services or related field
- 5-10 years facilities restaurant experience is a MUST
- Experience with Facilities Work Order Management Systems and an intranet platform
- Knowledge of facilities operations construction contract service agreements and financial principles
- Expereince with restaurant specific facilities Carrigo OfficeTrax ServiceChannel and Facilities Solution
- Travel required 15% - 20% of the time
