We are seeking an experienced collaborative and highly motivated facilities professional to join our team and oversee facilities maintenance for Apple retail stores across the AMR West region.

Store Operations u0026 Service Delivery: Serve as the primary facilities partner for AMR West retail stores conducting bi-monthly on-site reviews to identify and resolve facilities u0026 Contractor Management: Lead vendors in delivering cost-effective maintenance and emergency response evaluating performance through regular check-ins and financial u0026 Program Oversight: Guide contractors through store turnovers and provide actionable feedback to cross-functional partners to drive operational u0026 Financial Management: Own OpEx and CapEx budgets forecasting and contract negotiationsincluding competitive bidding and Scopes of Work (SOWs).nBuilding u0026 Systems Expertise: Maintain Apples retail environments to the highest standards using your expertise in electrical mechanical plumbing and landscaping -Functional Collaboration: Partner with Development and Design teams to improve building functionality and inform material selection.

7 years of experience in construction or facilities management with a demonstrated focus on maintaining and delivering exceptional retail stores workplaces and/or critical expertise in planning scheduling budgeting resourcing and executing technical services required to maintain and improve buildings including mechanical electrical plumbing controls fire alarm janitorial landscaping flooring lighting furniture warehousing pest control interior plants and call-center communication and leadership skills with experience working across all levels of an organization and a proven ability to handle customer service challenges in a professional and constructive experience building and sustaining relationships with facility operations teams utility companies government agencies architectural and design firms and general contracting be centrally located near a major hub of assigned retail stores with the ability to conduct on-site visits a minimum of twice per month.

A Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering or Construction Management or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience is preferred. nProven ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive Preventive Maintenance plans and the tools needed to monitor them judgment in balancing operational risk and investment consistently pursuing the highest quality and design at the best to quickly diagnose and resolve maintenance issues including experience prioritizing repairs and directing resources efficiently.n
