We are hiring experienced Facilities Maintenance Technicians for two immediate openings supporting critical facility operations. These roles are ideal for highly skilled maintenance professionals with journeyman to master-level experience in HVAC electrical or plumbing systems.
Candidates should be confident troubleshooting complex building systems performing preventive maintenance and supporting day-to-day facility operations in commercial industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Operate maintain troubleshoot and repair facility systems and equipment
- Diagnose and repair HVAC electrical plumbing and mechanical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVACR systems chillers boilers compressors cooling systems and related equipment
- Troubleshoot Building Automation Systems (BAS) and monitor system performance
- Maintain low and medium voltage electrical systems and lighting systems
- Repair and maintain plumbing systems automatic doors gates fire safety equipment and material handling systems
- Conduct daily startup procedures for building systems including fire pumps water heaters boilers elevators and compressors
- Complete general facility repairs including painting hardware replacement and minor building maintenance
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders through CMMS systems
- Respond quickly to equipment failures and emergency maintenance situations while minimizing downtime
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Trade school or technical training in HVAC electrical refrigeration or related field preferred
- Universal CFC Certification required
- 5 years of facilities maintenance experience required
- Journeyman to master-level experience in HVAC electrical or plumbing preferred
- Experience working in commercial industrial or manufacturing environments
- Experience using CMMS systems PM programs and Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Ability to read blueprints schematics technical manuals and work orders
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in physically demanding conditions
- Valid drivers license required
