Red Hawk Golf and Resort located in Sparks NV is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Facilities Maintenance Staff! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Assists with daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation including facilities grounds and other areas as required.
- Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical mechanical and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
- Performs routine preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the facility.
- Troubleshoots and performs general repairs.
- Responds to maintenance requests and prioritizes work orders in a timely manner.
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans sweeping walkways picking up litter and arranging outdoor furniture.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Frequently uses hands and reaches with hands and arms.
- Regularly climbs balances stoops kneels crouches crawls stands walks and sits.
- Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.
